For the last 20 years Jim have been leading people and overseeing projects in the non-profit, franchise and real estate spaces. His passion has always been helping people build and grow, while creating win-win relationships in the process. Jim is both a Real Estate Investor and Lender with a nationwide reach and a focus on residential real estate from 1 to 4 doors as well as commercial-sized residential projects (5+ doors). This includes Fix and Flip/Hold, Ground Up Construction, Porfolio Rental Real Estate, DSCR or cash-out refinance.
